Mobile Device Management

This service applies to Apple devices only.

If you choose our MDM / hardware service, we will take care of Mobile Device Management (MDM). MDM enables us to remotely configure and manage iPads/iPhones and control them 100%.

We can configure a company specific corporate log in screen and screen saver with your chosen logo or image.

The users cannot use the iPad differently than intended, nor install their own software. This ensures effectively that the device is used for its intented purpose only.

This service includes registration of devices directly with Apple and our payment of annual MDM license fees.

Even in the unlikely case of loss, the device cannot be reset or wiped by others. Because of registration of the embedded serial numbers of the devices with Apple, they will be useless for anyone else.


Hardware lease

This service applies to Apple devices only.

We offer an all-in hardware service, which includes technical support for iPads and iPhones.

Standard support and maintenance of the hardware is included in the service.

We are able to install updates with no action required by the crew, other than to switch the unit on and synchronize over Wi-Fi– preferably onshore -.

We use the Apple devices, because they are currently considered best in terms of reliability, usability, ability to control and battery management (the latter in particular for iPads).

The hardware has a 2-year factory guarantee.

As part of the hardware lease, we provide a ruggedized protective cover for iPads, a bag and required accessories (power cord, charger, user manuals etc.).

We will arrange logistics, software installation, configuration, registration and testing of the iPads and the set-up and handling of the units.

We will deliver the units ready-to-go at your office for you to distribute to the ships. A shipping fee applies.
